Deposit Information

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Becker's Lodge is on Bowron Lake, BC, not in Jasper, Alberta

If everything you request is available, your credit card deposit will be processed the same day your request is received. You'll receive a reservation confirmation by email, usually within about 2 - 3 business days (sometimes 7 - 10 days). The email will be from "info@beckerslodge.ca" and will have a PDF attachment with it. Please check your "junk", "spam", and "trash" folders before contacting us if you haven't received a confirmation.

As long as your credit card payment has processed, your request has been approved as submitted. If anything you've requested is not available, we will not process your credit card deposit without contacting you first. Within North America we'll try contacting you using phone numbers and the email address you provide with your reservation request. Overseas guests will be contacted by email only.

Please note: Our reservation booking form is on a secure server but if you still choose not to include your credit card details, please rmember to calll our reservations office (250-992-8864) after submitting your form to provide your VISA or Mastercard information.

Your reservation is not complete until your credit card deposit has been approved. Please, for your own safety, DO NOT email your credit card number and expiry date.

Individuals and Groups of Family/Friends

Accommodations Only:
Until May 27th:
Trapper Cabins with other rentals, $80.00 per night
Trapper Cabin without other rentals, full payment plus taxes
Other Cabins, $100.00 per night at time of booking
Balance and taxes are paid at the lodge

Effective May 28th: Full payment plus 12% HST at time of booking

Packages (including accommodations and canoe/skayaks):
Until May 27th:
50% payment at time of booking, no taxes
Balance and taxes are paid at the lodge

Effective May 28th: Full payment plus 12% HST at time of booking

Canoes and Kayaks Only:
Until May 27th:
$80.00 per canoe or kayak (except Clipper Mackenzie)
$150.00 per Clipper Mackenzie

Effective May 28th:
Full payment plus 12% HST at time of booking (specific models)
$80.00 per canoe or kayak (select at lodge)

Carts with canoe/kayak reservation:
Until May 27th: $40.00 per cart when booking with boats
Effective May 28th: Full payment at time of booking

Carts Only:
Full payment plus 12% HST at time of booking
Sorry, no refunds when only carts reserved

Scout Troops, School & Other Non-Profit Groups

Minimum 50% at time of booking, final payment at the lodge.

Travel Agents

Minimum 50% at time of booking, final payment no later than six weeks prior to guests arrival.
